Ever have one of those days where you want to rip your hair out because your kids are bored, fighting and making you crazy kind of day? Me too! After a particularly trying day with bored kids, who didn’t want to do any activity I suggested (sound familiar!?) I had an interesting thought. “If bigger is better, would a huge coloring page get my kids attention?”

So I got to work and made the first coloring sheet themed out for Halloween. I couldn’t wait to show my kids! 

To say they were excited was an understatement! They’d never seen a coloring page so big! Out came all the crayons and markers and as the creativity began to flow, the whining of “I’m bored!” was long forgotten.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS AMAZING!

This kept my 4 kids attention for HOURS over the next couple days as they worked on all the details of this coloring sheet. Let’s be honest... I was right in there coloring with them!  

A PERFECT FAMILY ACTIVITY, good for all ages (mine are ages 2-11) and something we can do that’s not electronics! That’s a BIG WIN in my book!
